Another piece I created for the show at the Worcester Historical Museum (2006).

It will also appear in Lark Books' "500 Enameled Objects", spring 2009.

The filigree for the enameled part was first shaped and soldered, then filled with glass enamels and fired in multiple steps. The bail and pendant black diamond are added on rings, so that the pendant as a whole has a lot of lively movement when worn. The yellow enamel is translucent and glows when light is behind it.

Fine and sterling silver, glass plique-a-jour enamels in filigree, yellow sapphire, black diamond.

2 x 1.25 inches (50 x 32 mm).

NFS at this time. Please email me if you are interested.
