A design with great potential! This prototype uses a large birthstone as a central element, with smaller birthstones flanking it. It would make a wonderful Mother's or Grandmother's ring, with the central stone being the birthstone of the recipient, and the others symbolizing members of the family. It would also work as an engagement ring, with either a birthstone or a diamond as the focus, and flanking stones to symbolize children, or even a spelled out sentiment as in the Victorian rings.
